Abstract
This thesis was elaborated for the UGO company, which is engaged in the preparation of cocktails from fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables, particularly for its branch in Ostrava. The main aim of this thesis was to discover the customers' attitudes towards the product assortment, which is offered by the UGO company.
In order to achieve the aim, the questionnaire inquiry in two shopping centres in Ostrava, where the stalls of the UGO company are situated, have been made. This research was undertaken with the help of two hundred informants who are the customers of the UGO company. Based on the all results of the research, the measures leading to the increase of the customers' satisfaction with their products and services, to expansion of the sphere of their regular customers, to obtain new customers, to reinforce position of the company in the Czech market and relieve the shortage which inhibits in the expansion of the company have been proposed to UGO company.
