Abstract
Remuneration system is one of the most effective ways for motivation of employees. To be effective, the remuneration system has to be correctly set up. The thesis is focused on employee remuneration system in ZEMASPOL Uherský Brod a. s. company. New ways how to make the reward system more effective are based on theoretical knowledges and even analysis of their current system. Analysis was performed using my own questionnaire survey. Aim of this study (the proposed solution) was an optimization of firm resources intended for employee remuneration according to company capabilities and employee requirements. Except staff evaluation and their subsequent remuneration, suggested proposals concern about employee commitment, loyalty increase and firm competitiveness at hiring of new employees.
