Analýza integrovaného systému řízení ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The thesis is focused on verifying the status of the integrated management system in the company of Ostrava urban forests and greenery, s.r.o. The aim is to examine an integrated management system based on the analysis. The analysis is performed mainly verbally. Where possible, than graphically or numerically. Verbal comparison is in relation to the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the management system in field of quality, environment and health and safety at work, as these three areas are now considered an essential pillar of an integrated management system. The practical part includes an analysis of the system, which is performed by individual rules and chapters according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 with stating each compatible chapter of ČSN EN ISO 14001. According to these regulations the management system in the company of Ostrava urban forests and greenery, s.r.o. is than integrated. The result of the analysis is to determine the status of the integrated management system and if it complies with these standards or not. The analysis should be the guide to verify the state of the system before the expected re-certification audit and in case of non-compliance with the requirements of the standards, suggestions and recommendations will be designed to remove the dissonance.
