Vyhodnotenie efektivity vnútrofiremnej komunikácie

Abstract

Cieľom bakalárskej práce je vyhodnotiť efektivitu vnútrofiremnej komunikácie na pracovisku. Čiastkovými cieľmi je zistiť, či vedúci oddelenia odovzdávajú všetky relevantné informácie, ktoré podriadení potrebujú k výkonu svojej práce; ktoré nástroje komunikácie a v akej miere vyhovujú nadriadeným i zamestnancom; aké konkrétne problémy a nedostatky sa vyskytujú v komunikačnom procese. Pre naplnenie tohto cieľa bol uskutočnený prieskum dotazovacou metódou. Dotazník sa javí ako najvhodnejšia technika a je zameraný na zmapovanie ako zostupnej, tak i vzostupnej komunikácie na pracovisku. Prínosom bakalárskej práce je návrh riešení problémov a ponuka doporučení, ktoré môžu čiastočne eliminovať alebo úplne odstrániť zistené nedostatky v komunikácií

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate efficiency of inerbal communication in the particular department of the particular company. Minor aim is to find out whether the heads of the section pass all the relevant pieces of information, which the employees need to their work performance; which tools of communication and in which measure are convenient to the employers and employees; what particular problems and defects occur in communicative process. To fulfill this aim the survey has been realized by interrogative method. The questional paper has seemed to be the best style and has been focused to map the ascending and descending communication in the department. The contribution of the thesis is the suggestion of the problems solving and the offer of recommendations which can partially eliminate or completely delete found deficiencies in communication in the department.
