Analýza budoucího rozvoje účetní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the possibility of future development of the KREPOST Finance s.r.o. company, which providing accounting services, between years 2019-2021. Thesis is divided into the theoretical part and practical part, which is complemented by the evaluation and recommendations for the accounting company, and the annexes. The theoretical part defines the methods and techniques of assessing company's competitiveness, marketing and pricing strategies and the financial analysis procedures. The practical part contains evaluation of the company competitiveness using Porter's five competitive forces framework and evaluation of marketing and pricing policy. In this part, there is also elaborated the financial analysis of the company and evaluated availability of human resources. In the final part of the bachelor thesis, there is an evaluation of the findings based on the performed analyses and there are suggested recommendations for ensuring of the stability and development of the accounting company.
