Abstract

Thesis is focused on creating a tutorial of work with CASE tool ATTIS.BSC that develops ATTN Consulting Company, Ltd. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes a description of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC), introduction with the company ATTN Consulting Ltd. and its program ATTIS. The practical part includes analysis of the current teaching methods ATTIS.BSC, selection of software for tutorial, style of their design and implementation of solutions. E-learning tool has been selected to create the tutorial became Adobe Captivate. Tutorial includes introduction to demodata, where the user obtain a basic awareness of ATTIS.BSC, and interactive support that focuses on cooperation with the user.
