Abstract

The goal of the bachalor’s study is comparison of the investment incentives in the Czech Republic and Poland, as a tool to atract investors, and global environment evaluation. The study is structured into three essential chapters. Chapter 1 threats with teoretical issues of direct foreign investments. Chapter describes motivating factors, brief characteristic included, direct investments categories, evaluation from hosting country view and also advantages and disadvantages. Development since beginning of 90. till these days is defined in the chapter 2. Key chapter threats with comparison of investments incentives in the Czech Republic and Poland. Here is described both countries stability, geographical position, infrastructure and so on. Tables and graphs include investments in selected years and total period. The attention is paid to companies CzechInvest s.r.o. and Polska zahranicni agentura to atract foreign investors. The comparison of favourable investment environment also performed.
