Abstract
The aim of the bachelor these is to monitor influence of temperature and inert atmosphere on the course of milling of nanostructured materials. In the planetary ball mill, samples of vermiculite and ZnO were milled at 300, 500 and 700 round per minute, for 15 and 60 minutes. Vermiculite and ZnO were also milled under inert atmosphere of nitrogen at a speed of 500 round per minut for 15 minutes. Via mechanochemical synthesis was created nanocomposite material V/ZnO from various precursors. These nanocomposites were milled under inert atmosphere of nitrogen and without inert atmosphere for 15 minutes at a speed of 500 round per minute. The increase in temperature and pressure during millind was monitored in real time using software EasyGTM. The prepared samples were characterized by sccaning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and dynamic light scattering.
