Úprava motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit úpravu motivačního systému zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a na základě vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření navrhnout možné návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení dosavadního motivačního systému zaměstnanců. Práce je tvořena teoretickou a praktickou částí. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje teoretická východiska týkající se motivace zaměstnanců. Praktickou část tvoří historie společnosti a její popis. Dále pak analýzu jejího současného systému motivace a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření. Na základě zjištěných výsledků jsou navrženy návrhy a doporučení, které může daná společnost využít ke zlepšení svého současného systému motivace zaměstnanců.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the adjustment of the motivation system of employees in the selected company and to suggest possible suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the current motivation system of employees based on the questionnaire survey. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis contains theoretical bases concerning the motivation of employees. The practical part consists of the history of the company and its description. Furthermore, the analysis of its current system of motivation and evaluation of the questionnaire. Based on the findings, suggestions and recommendations are proposed that the company can use to improve its current employee motivation system.
