Zlepšení postupů certifikačního orgánu při externích auditech ve strojírenských organizacích

Abstract

This thesis focused on improving procedures of the certification body during the external audits in the engineering companies. The aim of the thesis was to understand the accreditation and certification of management systems in the field of welding. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on explanation of the terms accredita-tion and certification further to the presentation of the basic requirements for the certifi-cation body of management systems and related documents, and last but not least on the issue of audits focusing on external audits. The practical part of the thesis is focuses on assessing the effectiveness of the used records for audits, to update these records and transfering these records to a new programming environment.
