Abstract

The topic of my thesis is the merger and the merger project of industrial companies, namely two subsidiaries, one of which companies a joint stock company and the other company is company with limited liability. The theoretical part explains the issues of merger. The work is focused on the types of mergers, thein problems, thein historici development of merger. The practical part describes the merger of two industrial companies, their line of business, the opening balance sheet and the evaluation of the merger project.
