Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve společnosti Trojice spol. s r.o.

Abstract

My diploma theses consists of a teoretical and a practical part. In the teoretical part I dealith human ressource management and its activities and I try to describe the process of education and development of employees. The practical part is divided to three chapters. In the first chapter I deal with a company as a whole. In the second chapter I deal with an education and development of employees and in the last chapter I try to make suggestions which would lead to a current process improvement. The objective of this diploma theses is to analyse a current status of education and development of employees process in the company Trojice spol. s r.o. and based on survey make suggestions for improvement. SURVEY Trojice spol. s r. o. belongs to companies which dedicate a great attention to the process of education and development of employees.. I assume that I managed to fulfill goals of my diploma theses when I suggested some improvements based on the analyse of the company (formation evalution stationery, language coursies for employees, pump grants from EU, reform imformed frame about planned and running education and courses ). I trust that my suggestions will contribute to improve the quality of education and development of employees.
