Abstract

This thesis solves the design (project) of the building and heating of two-floor family house. The first chapters contain technical report of the construction part including rules of the building organization and design resolution. The second part of the thesis concerns complete heating design. Taking into account initial investment, payback period, lifetime, environment protection, and mainly from economical reasons was for the major source of thermal energy proposed automatic boiler for wooden pellets. Complete convector set consists of boiler with accumulative basin with immersed warm water tank and convector board bodies. Into this set is possible to implement fireplace, upon investment´s demand, and also solar collector to beforehand prepared accumulative basin. As an integral part of the thesis is drawing´s documentation and enclosures, that contain all necessary calculations, grafs, technical datas and projection of the building in 3D.
