Hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace poskytující sociální služby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na rozbor hospodaření nestátní neziskové organizace provozující sociální služby. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny neziskové organizace z pohledu jejich členění a aktuální typologie, a dále jsou zde definovány sociální služby. K dosažení cíle v praktické části, kterým je zhodnocení stability hospodaření v letech 2009–2013, s využitím výkazů zisků a ztrát, je použita metoda vertikální a horizontální analýzy a SWOT analýza. V závěrečné fázi bakalářské práce je zjištěno, zda je ohrožena činnost organizace, popř. omezení rozsahu poskytovaných služeb.

The subject of this thesis is the economy analysis of a non-profit non-governmental organisation which provides social services. In the theoretical part, the structure of current non-profit sector is being described. Furthermore, it defines social services. In the practical part, using financial statements of profit or loss, the methods of vertical, horizontal and SWOT analysis are applied to assess the stability level of financial management in the period of 2009 – 2013. The conclusion will determine the possible impact on working of the organisation, including the limits on range of provided services.
