Abstract
Subject of this thesis is to evaluate the purchasing process at Coal Services.The theoretical part deals with a general description of the mining site, where the Czech Coal Group has been active and the definition of basic concepts relating to the purchase. The practical part forms the presentation of the company, an analysis of its procurement processes and evaluation of problem areas.
