Strategická analýza malého podniku s následnými doporučeními pro další rozvoj

Abstract

Diploma thesis is entitled „A Small Enterprise Strategic Analysis with Future Development Recommendation Following“. The main purpose and goal is to apply theoretical kowledge to the specific company STYLE INVEST, Ltd., which operates in the real estate market and to conduct a detailed strategic analysis. Diploma thesis is divided into two major parts. The theoretical section contains essential information about corporate strategy, its typology, strategic management and its process. In the practical section are applied theoretical knowledge on the company STYL INVEST, Ltd., which deals specifically with rental of retail space. The core of my thesis is preparing detailed strategic analysis with using financial analysis, SWOT analysis, PESTLE Analysis and Porter’s five forces analysis. All analyses are evaluated at the end. This is followed by suggesting possible changes, strategies and recommendation for further development of the company.
