Abstract
The aim of this thesis is detection, if the idea of opening a sporting goods and additional services shop on the ground of Havířov city could take a root in use.
Theoretical part is directed on explanation of concepts, which refer to company foundation, entrepreneurial plan and financing of company.
There is an entrepreneurial plan of Mikes sport, s.r.o. company described in practical part.
