Abstract
This thesis deals with strategic analysis of XYZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to strategic analysis. Furthermore, methods that are used for strategic analysis of the company are clarified. Both internal and external analyses are applied on the company. Specifically, i tis the PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of five competitive forces, VRIO analysis and financial analysis. Based on the partial results obtained from all the analyses, the complex assessment of the company XYZ, s.r.o. is carried out using the SWOT analysis which is later on used as a basis for the recommended strategy. Based on the performed analyzes are formulated suggestions for the surveyed company.
