Abstract

This diploma thesis dissertates the block of flats concept with its heating system solution, the hot water preparing and the resulting economic evaluation of the proposal solution. The aim of this project is the fulfilment of the respective standards as well as the creation of the modern energy saving trend of living. As creating the heating system and the hot water preparing I tried to create easy controllable, energy saving and effective system. There are a floor heating in combination with heater applied in this designed system. The solar collectors are partly used with the heat pump for the hot water preparing. As the source of the heat there is an air – water heat pump designed. The goal of this diploma thesis is to create the thermal comfort in all calefactories and the high comfort of living.

Theoretical part of this diploma thesis considers the technological and material solution of the building, floor heating, hot water preparing and economic evaluation of designed solution. Theoretical part TZB – heating describes all heating sytem parts
