Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of intra – company transport in company VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. In this company the intra – company transport of materials and products is realized by means of railway transport. The aim of this thesis is to examine the possibilities of replacing this type of transport in the company by an alternative method, in this case road transport by truck. The main motive is to reduce costs and evaluate the effectiveness of this solution.
