Abstract
This thesis describes parametric statistical test ANOVA, its assumptions and peculiarities. The first chapter describes basic definitions and methods used by analysis of variance. The main focus in the second chapter are assumptions of the ANOVA test and additional steps, if the assumptions are not met. The last chapter describes comparison between two-sample t-test and ANOVA in case of two independent samples. Chapters cointain demonstrations of concrete problems. The solution of the problems is done via programming language R using software RStudio.
