Vyhodnocení efektivity separace využitelných složek komunálního odpadu ve Středočeském kraji

Abstract

Význam třídění a následné zpracování významných složek komunálního odpadu v dnešním složitém a dynamicky se rozvíjejícím tržním prostředí neustále roste. S příchodem nového zákona došlo k výrazným změnám v legislativě odpadového hospodářství, především se začal klást důraz na důležitost separace odpadů a s tím související snížení hmotnostního podílu komunálních odpadů ukládaných na skládky. Pro zpracování diplomové práce bylo zvoleno téma „Vyhodnocení efektivity separace využitelných složek KO ve středočeském kraji“. Cílem diplomové práce je provést analýzu cílů separace vybraných složek KO, analýzu stavu sběru, třídění a využití vytříděných složek KO a jaký je následný finanční efekt pro město/obec. Pro účely této práce byly vytvořeny tři modelové skupiny obcí.

Importance of screening and subsequent treatment of major components of municipal waste in today's complex and rapidly evolving market environment continues to grow. With the advent of the new law there were significant changes in legislation of waste management, in particular began to emphasize the importance of waste separation and consequent reduction in weight of municipal waste going to landfill. For the diploma thesis was selected the topic "Evaluation of the effectiveness of the separation of usable components of municipal waste in the Central Region." The aim of this thesis is to analyze the goals of separation of selected components of municipal waste, analysis of the status of collection, sorting and recovery of sorted elements of municipal waste and what is the downstream financial effect for the city / municipality. For purposes of this study were developed three model groups of municipalities.
