dc.description.abstractThe objective of this thesis is to introduce what is the IPO and how a company issues an IPO then go schema_dspacedb. It will analyze the advantages also the disadvantages about this transform.Meanwhile, China and the United States will be the main research objects to talk about the situation of financial markets especially IPO market in recent three years within the two countries. Then, Alibaba and Facebook will be the examples to show how the company in two countries to issue IPOs and then go schema_dspacedb. Finally, it will be the comparisons of two IPOs and the performances of two markets in several aspects.en
