Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the approach to employee training and development in a selected healthcare organization. The aim of the thesis is to propose recommendations leading to the improvement of the employee training and development system. The theoretical part focuses on human resource management, employee training and development, forms and methods of education, and current trends in corporate education. The practical part analyses the current system of employee training and development in the selected organization based on the analysis of internal documents, a questionnaire survey, and a semi-structured interview. Based on the obtained results, recommendations for improving the employee training and development system in the organization are formulated.
