The diploma thesis specializes in the regeneration of the selected part of housing estate in Ostrava-Dubina, which is located in the Ostrava-Jih district. The location can be further defined by the streets of Emanuela Podgorného, Aloise Gavlase, Václava Košaře, Václava Jiříkovského, Kaminského and Žižkovská. The project of the regeneration of the area is elaborated with an emphasis on the solution of operational and technical problems as well as problems concerning the general appearance of the public place and the perception of the area. Primarily, the situation of static and dynamic transport is solved, therefore the transport solution is implemented in two variants, one of the variants being selected for detailed elaboration. The urban project is solved only in one final variant, when other problems are solved, and the area is complemented with new areas for leisure time use all age groups of the population. The thesis also included economic evaluation of the solution.
