Abstract
Subject of this thesis is personnel management in small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on analysis of personnel activities in randomly chosen organisation, there is a description of personnel management and range in which are these activities conducted. The aim of practical part is to design a proposal leading to functioning improvement and increasing efficiency of personnel management in horizontal level. Information were processed from semi-standardized interview with CEO.
