Abstract
The aim of this dissertation “Human Resources Business Strategy” is the evaluation of human resources strategy and the main parts of human resources management in The hotel Pohoda in Pozlovice. This evaluation was realized on the basis of insider information of hotel, interviews with director of this hotel and also on the basis of results of the questionnaire survey, which was focused on all of the hotel’s employees.
The dissertation is divided in two main parts, namely in the theoretical part and the practical part. There is generally described the human resources strategy and the main parts of human resources management in the theoretical part. The practical part is specifically focused on The hotel Pohoda in Pozlovice, the evaluation of its human resources strategy and the main parts of its human resources management. There are suggestions and recommendations at the end of this dissertation. They could lead to solution of problems they were discovered.
