Návrh marketingové komunikace zábavního centra

Abstract

The theme of my thesis is the design of marketing communications of entertainment center. Center communicates poorly with customers, don´t inform them about organized acting itself. To eliminate this problem and propose to the operator what channels to communicate with customers by, I made personal interviews using questionnaires. The data from them were analyzed by the SPSS statistical program and it was revealed that customers are acquinted with organized events only little, they aren´t too satisfied with the designation of buildings, or they lack distinguishing employees from customers, staff uniforms, etc. My suggestions were made to visible individual buildings, give the base information and the location of the new navigation panel, which directs new customers to the center. The operator should establish a website for the Center, which is very popular among customers and it is necessary to update Facebook profile so that customers can know all information in time. It is also appropriate to place a poster on the bulletin board poster that will inform residents about the proposed action. The visibility is essential because customers will know about the center and will be satisfied with it.
