Analýza a realizace rozšíření robotické lakovací linky

Abstract

In the present work is elaborated the management of the analysis project and the reconstruction of the extension of the robotic wet painting line of outdoor plastic handles for the automotive industry. The first part is about introduction with the painting materials, its types and basic properties. The next are types of paint application with their pros and cons. In the second part is a completely described line including all processes and support systems of the line. In the next step there are analyses for the possibilities of extension, the preparation of the work with the planning realization. The end is for evaluation of the reconstruction result and the next proposals how to improve this paint line.
