Abstract

Evaluation and Remuneration of Employees As a subject of my thesis I have chosen a topic „the evaluation and the remuneration of employees“. I prepared the analysis in the practical part of my work for the company INELSEV control s.r.o. The goal of my thesis was to analyze the current system of the evaluation and the remuneration of employees in the company INELSEV control s.r.o., to consider the costs and possibly to propose some changes that could lead to an increase in the effectiveness of the whole system and, as such, of the whole company. I used the technical literature regarding the evaluation and the remuneration of employees as a background for the theoretical part of my work. In the practical part I firstly described the system of the company INELSEV control s.r.o. Subsequently, I analyzed the current situation of the remuneration and the evaluation of the employees in the company. This analysis was prepared based on the documents provided by the company and mainly based on my discussion with an executive of the company. At the end of my work under the topic “Proposals and recommendations” I recommended four alternatives that could, based on my opinion, lead to an increase in the satisfaction of the employees. In particular, I recommended the evaluation of the company by the clients, I proposed a structure of a motivation discussion, I recommended to prepare a forecast of the costs for employees’ remuneration and I recommended to arrange a meeting in order to increase employees’ understanding of the provided benefits.
