Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with switching sources and their properties. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis are mentioned linear circuits, because parts of these circuits are also in switching sources. Furthermore, there are listed and described the basic connections of the switching sources with inductance, with circuit TOPSwitch, with timer 555, however, circuits without inductance as well. Two switching sources of the company Mean Well PT – 65C, RT – 85C are analyzed in detail at the end of this thesis and on the base of them, there is a measuring product designed for the given laboratory task for the subject of Power Semiconductor Systems II.
