Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to acquaint in detail with the issues of general principles of designing hydrogeological objects. It is a legislative anchoring of permits for wells, boreholes for heat pumps, soak of wastewater into soil layers and soak of rainwater into soil layers, all according to the Water Act No. 254/2001 Coll. and other regulations. In the next part of the bachelor thesis I described the complete permit for a drilled well. First, the approval of a hydrogeological exploratory well, in which I described in detail the requirements of the hydrogeological assessment, which is to be prepared by a person with expertise in hydrogeology and environmental geology. I also described the following steps that after drilling the survey work, performing a hydrodynamic test, the projects must be completed again and then the drilled well must be allowed. In the last part of my bachelor's thesis, I shared my experience with permitting all wells.
