Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is „Analysis of company marketing strategy in the market of windows blinds technology“, which is divided into five main parts. In the first part is process characteristics of company SWAT – CZ Ltd., in the second is describe theoretical area for preparation of marketing strategy. Third part is devoted to the methodology of collected data, penultimate analyze existing marketing activities in the company. In the final part are propose recommendations, which should be lead to more effective marketing in firm SWAT – CZ Ltd.
