Abstract

The main objective of this bachelor work is selection’s process and workers acquisition. The aim is to analyse the whole process and to propose possible recommendations to an improvement of this process.. This work is divided into the theoretical and practical sections. There are described basic terms and particular procedures of the workers acquisition and the selection using technical literature in the theoretical section.. The OKD company is briefly presented in the practical part and afterwards the process of the workers acquisition and selection for this company is explained. Structured talks were used for an evaluation of this process. The talks were realised in The OKD Administration. There were proposed suggestions for the process improvements of the workers acquisition and selection in the further part of the bachelor work. In the conclusion of this work is explained the conception of the whole bachelor work and are summarized all the achieved findings.
