Abstract

In this thesis is described the Company Containers Ostrava s.r.o.. Basic procedures of Financial Statement in companies and Financial analysis of Financial Statement are described there and there are explained all of indicators of Financial analysis. In the fourth point I analyse financial managemant of the company in accounting periods 2007-2010. At the end there is a summary of the thesis and are proposed measures to improve financial and economic situation of the company.
