Abstract

This thesis is focused on generation X and Y perception of banking services. Quantitative research is used for evaluation of various banking services. Researched banking services are internet banking, mobile banking, contactless payments or electronic wallet according to the perception of generations. Thesis is also focused on preferences in contactless payments, personal finance management and also on trends, that could replace banking services. Consequently, acquired data are evaluated with statistic methods. Thesis also contains suggestions and recommendations for banks.
