Abstract

Theme of this thesis is Proposal to improvement the process of dispensing material to production and is divided into several chapters. These chapters should serve as a base for new adjustment of dispensing system for some material groups. First two chapters are focused on theoretical background of logistic, especially inventory management. In another chapter readers can find further charakteristics of analyze company. Fourth chapter is focused on analysis of some material groups. ABC analysis serve as a background for recommendations and proposals which are situated in the last chapter.
