Analýza procesů mobilit studentů v univerzitním prostředí

Abstract

This thesis deals with the theoretical basis of process management of the organization, procedures for implementation of process management, process modeling, process performance measurement and process analysis. The thesis describes the procedures and a process analysis of study abroad programs at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Thesis is focused on outgoing students within the framework of the Erasmus + program and Financial Aid in Support of Students’ Mobility of VSB-TU Ostrava. Differences at faculties are also mentioned and analyzed.
