Abstract

Increasingly developing real estate market brings with it needs to use all available tools to improve offered services. The basic idea of this thesis is to create entirely new desktop application for managing real estate on the Java platform. Each building administrator which can be owner or housing association, wants to have his property under control. This application brings so many ways to manage their property. The developed application is not limited to buildings for housing, but rather because of the possibilities of defining your own templates can be arbitrarily defined custom managed objects.
