Vliv podnikatelského prostředí na rozvoj konkrétní bankovní instituce

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jestli je vývoj konkrétní bankovní instituce ovlivněn vývojem podnikatelského prostředí. Analýza je provedena za roky 2007 až 2009 a jako stěžejní je použita metoda EFQM. Diplomová práce začíná charakteristikou vývoje podnikatelského prostředí v letech 2007 až 2009, za který je pro potřeby této práce považován finanční sektor. Metodická část seznamuje se základními pojmy používanými v práci, s postupem bankovní analýzy a s literárními zdroji. Následně je provedena samotná analýza konkrétní banky podle modelu EFQM za jednotlivé tři roky a její výsledky jsou srovnány s vývojem ve finančním sektoru. V závěru jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávající situace v bance.

The Objective of the Theses is to ascertain if the Development of Particular Bank was affected by the Development of the Entrepreneurial Environment. The Analysis is performed from the Year 2007 to the Year 2009. Model EFQM is Fundamental Method. The Theses begins Characterization of the Development of the Entrepreneurial Environment from the Year 2007 to the Year 2009. The Entrepreneurial Environment is represented by the Financial Sector. The Methodology apprises of the Basic Terms, Procedure of the Bank Analysis and the Characterization of the Literary Sources. Afterwards, the Analysis of the Particular Bank is made by the Method EFQM for each of three Years. Results are compared with the Development of the Financial Sector. The Suggestions of Improving the Current Bank Situation are mentioned in the End of the Theses.
