Příprava realizace stavby bytového domu

Abstract

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for construction of a residental house bulding. The residential house is designed from a material that satisfies the requirements for a healthy environment. It was used a high quality material which provides sufficient comfort for living.Residential house is determined for parents living with children, as well as the first housing for voung people. Ground plan of the building is almost rectangular. The building has three floors with a partial basement. The basement is equipped with sufficient technical background. On the other floors are residential units. The house is in accordance with the surrounding residential and family housing buildings. The solved implementing the project were prepared construction drawings and part of the technology in accordance with current standards.
