Možnosti ovlivnění struktury a vlastností odlitků na bázi slitin hliníku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá především možnostmi ovlivnění struktury a vlastnosti odlitků slévárenských slitin hliníku zejména na bázi Al-Si, okrajově se však dotýká i hliníku obecně. V experimentální části je práce směřována především k ochlazujícím účinkům vybraných formovacích směsí a jejich vlivu na strukturu. V rámci experimentů byly získány strukturní charakteristiky v závislosti na metodě ochlazování a byla pozorována poloha strukturních defektů v objemech zkušebních vzorků. Dále byly zkušební vzorky podrobeny dilatační analýze.

This thesis mainly deals with the possibilities of affecting the structure and with properties of aluminum alloy castings mainly based on Al-Si, however marginally affects of aluminum in general. In the experimental part is the work directed primarily towards cooling effects of molds and their influence on the structure. Within the experiments were obtained structural characteristics depending on the method of cooling and the location of structural defects observed in volumes of test samples. Further samples were subjected to the expansion test.
