Abstract
LAZECKÝ, Vojtěch. Penetration testing of physical approaches. Bachelor thesis. Ostrava, 2021. VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava. Faculty of Security Engineering, Department of Security Services. Thesis supervisor Ing. Věra Holubová.
The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of penetration tests of physical approaches. Specifically, these are physical accesses of unauthorized persons to non-public places. The theoretical part is devoted to getting acquainted with penetration tests, their integration into the security system and the relationship between risk analysis and penetration tests. Another part of this work is devoted to the principles of penetration tests. The subsequent passage of the theoretical part is devoted to the course of the penetration test, which specifies the requirements for entering the penetration test, the preparatory phase, which consists of collecting information about the tested subject, followed by preparation and creation of test scenarios. The last part of the theoretical part discusses the implementation and evaluation of penetration tests, including risk analysis and design measures. The practical part demonstrates the course of the penetration test on an anonymized example. This section describes the active and passive collection of information about the tested subject, preparation of the test scenario and the actual implementation of tests, including the evaluation and assessment of vulnerabilities and the design of measures. Finally, an evaluation of applicability of the proposed principles is demonstrated.
