Abstract

This diploma thesis analyze labor productivity management at Austin Detonator s.r.o. In the first part is introduced Austin Detonator s.r.o., followed by a general overview of productivity, their types, methods of measurement with a more detailed focus on labor productivity. Then is analyze labor productivity calculated according to various indicators. The aim is to describe proposals for measures to increase labor productivity.
