Vybraná spektrofotometrická měření

Abstract

The aim of this thesis which is named „Selected spectrophotometric measurements“ was not only to evaluate possibilities of measurements of electric light in light equipment laboratories but also to describe features and measuring abilities of spectrophotometric instruments. Furthermore, to describe the theory of light perception and the theory of measuremens of colour rendition index, to describe the project and processing of the integrating sphere, to give an example of practical measurements of several given light sources and lighting units with using the integrating sphere and measuring instruments and, eventually, to create a demonstration laboratory excersise. The most important part was the creation of the integrating sphere which will serve not only as a teaching aid, but also as further widening of possibilities of the laboratory at Mining University in Ostrava. The effort for the future is to satisfy the requirements for measuring light sources and lighting units, the proportions of which gradually minimize and the power of which gradually increase.
