Studie obnovy brownfieldu po těžební činnosti - Václavka, Orlová

Abstract

In this thesis is a proposal of an industrial zone on the territory of the dump Václavka in Orlova. In the first part of the thesis are processed natural conditions of the territory of the Ostrava basin, history Vaclav Mine, as well as the current status of the territories and implemented remedial measures. The main thrust of the work is a draft industrial zone accompanied by visualization of the industrial complex with a multifunctional hall, administration building, roads, and preliminary financial analysis.
