Hydrosynoptické příčiny sucha v povodích Odry a Horní Moravy

Abstract

This thesis is focused on synoptical causes of drought in the Odra and Upper Morava basins. Statistical methods (descriptive statistics and corelation) were used. Also, chosen years with severely below average precipitation summs are discussed in more detail, with focus on differences between studied basins and the rest of the Czech Republic. Gis methods are used for an attempt to find the most vulnerable areas in studied basins during dry episodes.
