Abstract
This thesis deals with the proposal and the implementation of a laboratory module of the asynchronous drive which is controlled by PLC by means of I/O device in the PC. In the beginning, the analysis of a possible solution for high-speed and position control was done. Requirements for the superordinate control system were stated from this analysis. The proposal of the scheme of the output and control part was created and subsequently implemented. The software solution includes the programme PLC and the graphical application for PC. This application enables the high-speed and position control.
