Realizace meřicího přípravku stykového odporu kontaktů

Abstract

The thesis deals with the implementation of a device for measuring the contact resistance of electrical contacts. The first part of the thesis defines concepts related to electrical contacts, outlines the scope of the work, materials for contact manufacturing, and theoretical analysis of processes occurring at the contact point. The second part describes the implementation of the device for measuring contact resistance according to the conceptual design of Dr. Ragnar Holm, demonstrates the assembly of the measurement system for carrying out the specified measurements, and finally mentions the contact material formulas used for measurement. In the final part of this work, specified measurements are carried out, specifically the measurement of the RU-diagram of contact material samples, which was not successful, but is achievable in the future with minor investment in the device. Another measurement carried out was the measurement of the RU-diagram of fritting on foreign layers of contact material and its characteristic values. This measurement was successful and has demonstrative character. The last measurement was the measurement of the dependence of contact resistance on the contact pressure force and the coefficients k and βf required for its calculation. This measurement was the most successful of all three, and its results are the most valuable. At the very end of the third part, there is a discussion of the results and their comparison with values available from the literature.
