Abstract
This Diploma Thesis deals with mortgage loans.
The Diploma Thesis hereof consists of five chapters. The first chapter introduces the topic of mortgage loans. The second chapter contains theoretical information on given topic. The third chapter describes the process of obtaining a loan from Všeobená úverová banka. One may find practical examples at the end of this chapter. The fourth chapter compares Slovak and Czech mortgage loans on various criteria and also provides advice on how to choose a loan. The fifth chapter contains the conclusion.
